Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley hasn't talked about her parents a lot, however she has stated that her bodybuilding grandpa is one of the reasons she likes working out. Ashley was physically active from the age of four. She started taking lessons in swimming at the age of four old and carried on for another 10 years. Though she competed in a variety of competitions but she was not committed enough to follow the right diet to allow her body to perform in its peak. At the age of 16 her popularity grew due to appearance and physique. She isn't known to have dated anybody during this time. When she graduated, Ashley decided not to enroll in college, but instead focus on her career of modeling fitness. Ashley realized that she wasn't happy with the appearance of her body when she turned 15. In the direction of her grandpa, she began going to the gym, but she took his advice and started off slow. She didn't realize she would be spending the next 9 years building her physique and slowly becoming a fitness model. Ashley inspired by her victory at 2013, at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships took seventh place. After this loss, she was motivated by the defeat. she continued her training. Following her fifth-place finish at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley was able to decide to quit competing. Although she had been receiving requests for photoshoots while competing Ashley didn't want her career and modeling to become combined. After she had stopped competing, she became an exercise model. Her cover was published in a well-known magazine for fitness that began her fitness modelling career. She signed with an agency immediately following. Since then, she has become a sought-after model and has been a model for a variety of bikini companies and internationally renowned clothing brands.
